“I’ve never felt so much joy! I couldn’t stop smiling.” How often do these words come pouring out of… well, any of us, least of all a 17 year-old? Truth be told, we hear these kinds of recognition very often indeed around Living Wisdom. However, on this occasion, this proclamation came after a weekend service trip to Ananda Village where LWHS served in the Crystal Hermitage Gardens for their tulip festival and performed a concert of selections from Christ Lives! An Oratorio. Moments of transcendent beauty, whether through flowers or inspired music, can be a portal into an experience of life that is far beyond our daily imaginings. 

We invite you to join us on May 9th for a complete performance of Christ Lives! An Oratorio. This is a contemporary Oratorio comprised of fifty pieces of choral and instrumental music that vividly bring to life the deep meaning of Christ’s life. At Living Wisdom, we celebrate the Great Souls of all spiritual traditions. Their lives serve as beacons to humanity, calling all seekers to awaken to the Divine light within all of us. This year, our Integrated Performing Arts students have dedicated four months to the refinement of this body of music. And, as music is a carrier wave for deep feeling, so too have these young people been inspired and uplifted by the quality and message of the music they sing.
